The lighthouse is almost separate from the main house. Each room has it's own private entrance. The fireplace in the T.S.Fowler Room can be used (without the heater) in the summer time also to set that romantic mood. The lighting has been arranged so that this room just says romance. The bathroom is a tugboat cabin coming out of the wall. While taking a wonderful rain shower you are actually standing in the wheelhouse! Once you have showered there are plush chennille bathrobes to wrap yourselves in. We have furnished this room in antiques. The queen size bed which was what my Grandmother called her wedding bed so we know it is at least 100 years old. Passed down from my great grandmother to my grandmother to my mother then to me! You will find an album with photos from the building of AnchorLight in this room. There are still a few things to do till we are finished but I am sure that they will not affect your stay! Your stay includes the exclusive use of the bedroom and lamproom and of course as always a ride on the Tugboat Maggie.
This room is named after our neighbor and best friend Tim Fowler. Tim is always there to lend a helping hand in any project we might find ourselves involved in. We thank God for giving us someone so special as a neighbor. Thank you Tim, for all you do!
